At the White Rose Boutique, we offer STORE CREDIT for returns, as refunds are not issued back to the original form of payment. Our team is ready to assist with sizing or styling advice to ensure you make the best choice for your needs.

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned in their *original condition within these 14 days. Please note, items purchased at a DISCOUNTED price or marked as SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives. We ask that you pack and seal the returned items securely, along with the invoice, in a suitable shipping container. The responsibility for the return shipment lies with the sender, as White Rose Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. Remember, the original invoice must be included with your return package. All undergarments, sale items, and special occasion wear are final sale and cannot be returned.

*Original condition means that items have not been worn, altered, or washed, and must have all original tags attached.
